Imagen A picture is worth a thousand words?

It is well known that a picture is worth a thousand words and that is why they are widely used in slide design. Selecting and choosing a good image that shows the message we want to convey is not easy. Many slides include images that, despite being of quality, are not related to the message they accompany; they are basically decorative.

For communication to be effective, the image must reinforce the message it accompanies, visualizing it clearly and making it easier to understand. An image that does not clearly show the message it wants to convey has the opposite effect: it creates confusion in the audience.
